by Mr. Lim Tian Huat who is assisted by other
professionals and consultants. Among the more notable
credentials of Mr. Lim Tian Huat includes:

Tian
Huat was a Partner of Ernst & Young and he heads the
Corporate Restructuring practice in the firm. He has
been involved in restructuring and insolvency work
since 1988. Prior to this, he was in the audit
division for 7 years.

Tian
Huat is a member of the Malaysian Institute of
Accountants (MIA), Council Member of the Malaysia
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA)
and also a Fellow member of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

He
has been appointed by the Domestic Trade Minister to
be a member of the Corporate Law Reform Committee
under the purview of the Companies Commission of
Malaysia where he is the Chairman of Working Group
“D” which was set up to consider the current law and
practice relevant to corporate securities and
insolvency practices.

Previously, he was appointed as Commissioner to the
United Nations Compensation Commission for a period
of 5 years from 1998 to 2002.

and Financial and Operational Adviser to set-up
Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad.

Appointed as Lead Partner
and Strategic and Operational Adviser to set-up the
Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee under the
auspicious of Bank Negara Malaysia

Acted as Appointee of the
Director-General of Insurance Company to control and
manage the affairs of a local insurance company.

Appointed as Adviser by a
large institutional investor to evaluate their
investments in certain companies.

Special Administrator of
electronic products and animal feed manufacturers
and construction companies. His role as Special
Administrator involves a combination of managing the
affairs of the companies, formulating viable schemes
and implementation of actions to improve
performance.

Acted as Court appointed
Receiver and Manager to revive a number of Abandoned
Housing Projects throughout the country.

Acted as Liquidator to
wind-up affairs of various companies.
